The hotel provided water in the rooms.

Trucks came and went all night. The receptionist's unprofessional attitude only added to our frustrations, especially since he seemed aware of our request for a peaceful stay.

Great service. All employees are nice and very helpful.

Everything was OK.

It has amazing central location to shopping malls. Also, it is not far from abundant local food stalls nearby at great prices, the residential area and the Peranakan Houses. The employees are fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

Location's a win, right in the heart of the foodie scene-lekker curry stalls just around the corner! Big ups to Wee at reception who looked after my musical instrument like a true chommie. Housekeeping was sharp-sharp, big thanks to Firdaus for keeping the room neat!

The stay was pleasant with a clean, cozy room that came with a nice fridge and toiletries. You can unwind at the rooftop garden or take a dip in the pool to relax after a long day. Just keep in mind that the bedding was a bit firmer than I'd prefer, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. 😊

good location in a malay chinese mixed area, shops and restaurants around are reasonnable, between airport and downtown in easy reach

the mattresses are covered with plastic which makes the bed sheet moving all the time, the beds are only 1,80 m long, not enough for europeans.The staff promised to apply fitted sheets which didn't happen for 3 nights, even for an asian budget hotel the bathroom was very dirty, no internet facility, with around 85US$ highly overprized

My reservation for twin beds was not given and I had to accept queen double bed. They should also inform us the total cost inclusive of taxes.

The location near vibrant food options is a major highlight, with plenty of halal choices just steps away. While the family room was spacious and equipped well, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but the check-in process could be improved, as it felt a bit chaotic on arrival. The Wi-Fi was excellent, accommodating multiple devices streaming simultaneously, a big plus for a family stay.

Modern and absolutely fantastic hotel, our stay was absolutely amazing.

Everything was simply perfect. Fairly clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be short walk to the other malls, Singapore where the prices for rooms are dearer and a food market thanks to favourable and excellent location. The rooms were newly remodelled and functional, they come with good water pressure, a shower. The good service and the attention to detail!
